District Goals

In order to enhance teaching and learning and provide the best educational path for each student, District staff will:

Use data, technology, and input from stakeholder groups to evaluate the effectiveness of both instructional strategies/programs and counseling/ guidance services and propose any necessary changes that will enhance student achievement and lead to successful transitions to intermediate school, high school, and college and/or career.
Focus the efforts of all District departments and school site personnel to implement efficiencies in providing services to students with special needs with the objective of eliminating any increase to the Special Education encroachment.
Maintain multi-year financial planning to ensure the fiscal stability of the District.
Implement the District’s Facility Master Plan in order to effectively support Board approved goals.
Enhance communication and collaboration between and among the District, staff, students, parents, Board of Education, and community.
